Junior Production Analyst

We have over 60 years of experience specializing in the design, manufacture, and custom fabrication of engineered polyethylene systems for water, wastewater, and storm water management applications.  We offer our clients full-service engineering support in the design and manufacture of custom systems to meet their project’s specific requirements.

We are currently seeking a Junior Production Analyst for our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan  manufacturing facility.  The main responsibilities will include creating and maintaining Analytics and Summary Reports required to support effective Operations. This role will also include participating in the company’s Sales, Inventory, Operations, & Planning (SIOP) process.

 

WE REQUIRE:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in General Business or Accounting (relevant experience gained through prior employment, internships, or co-op opportunities taken into consideration)
  • Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience utilizing a fully integrated ERP system
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy,
  • The ability to develop strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

 

MAIN TASKS ARE:

  • Daily, weekly,and monthly Operational & Financial data collection, analysis, and reporting (i.e., Safety, Quality, Production, Delivery, and Inventory),
  • Preparation and utilization of Operational & Financial data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement,
  • Ensure data integrity and daily updating of ERP system,
  • Raw material and Finished Good Inventory reconciliation / management,
  • Provide assistance to the site Leadership Team with Operational Performance reporting as required,
  • Create and maintain new inventory items, including finished goods and items for purchase orders; create Bills of Material (BOMs) for finished goods pipe items, review inventory adjustments when required; investigate and resolve discrepancies,
  • Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment,
  • Conduct all work according to established procedures, policies and standards and other duties/tasks as determined by supervisor/manager
