Accounts Payable Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team to work out of our head office in Surrey, BC, located at 8183 130 St. If you embrace processing electronic payments, are detail oriented, proficient in Excel, and a great communicator you have come to the right place! The successful candidate will have the ability to take the initiative, to identify problems and be able to meet frequent deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor and client statements, ensure appropriate documentation and approval for payment is evident
- Enter invoice for payment into Divalto
- Support monthly vendor reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly cheque run
- Reconcile unpaid invoices to vendor/client statements and corrects any discrepancies
- Maintain good internal business relationships
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience in a multi-branch environment.
- Experience working with vendors
- Knowledge of accounts payable full cycle
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365
- Experience working with larger ERP system (not Quickbooks or Simply Accounting)
- Experience working in high volume/transaction environment
- Must have basic math skills
