Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely, accurate and cost-effective ordering, delivery, maintaining, stocking and organizing inventory of samples
  • Planning and coordinating assigned business area service and material requirements; complete sourcing activities
  • Coordination of sample requests and receipts with suppliers
  • Reporting to Senior Supply Chain Procurement Manager, working closely with Research & Innovation team, Product & Marketing team, Sales teams for all sample requests
  • Keeping an accurate and detailed tracking system throughout the sample request process
  • Updating the tracking log of all sample request status
  • Meeting the deadline of each request
  • Keeping and filing important documentations systematically
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years working experiences preferred
  • College/university degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners
  • MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good organizational skills
  • Cosmetics chemical knowledge as an asset
  • Dynamic, meticulous and effective
  • Able to perform multiple tasks in parallel
  • Excellent team work skills
  • The ability to anticipate potential problems and check for out-of-the-ordinary conditions, as well as having a strong sense of accountability
  • A continuous improvement and growth mindset
